Dr. Madhu Yelameli is a fellowship trained board certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist who has been in active pain practice since 2004. Dr. Yelameli completed his medical education from Mysore Medical College in India and moved to US in 1999.

After one year's training in surgery he completed residency in anesthesiology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. Followed by this he underwent rigorous interventional pain medicine fellowship training at St. Luke - Roosevelt Hospital Center, Columbia University, New York. He then served with the Veterans Affairs Hospitals in Illinois and Nashville/Murfreesboro campuses where he introduced advanced pain procedures for the first time. Dr. Yelameli is presently affiliated with Williamson Medical Center where he holds surgical privileges for placement of spinal cord stimulator implants and morphine/baclofen pump implants. 

Dr. Yelameli is an active member of American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), World Institute of Pain (WIP), International Association for Study of Pain (IASP) and North Americal Neuromodulation Society (NANS).

Dr. Vishwanath Siddaligaiah is an experienced anesthetist with the special interest in pain management. He is experienced in acute pain, chronic pain and cancer pain management. Prior to his return to India, he has worked as the consultant in pain management in a tertiary care center (Russell's Hall Hospital AT the Dudley Group of Hospitals) in the UK.

He is certified as an expert in pain management by Royal College of Anaesthetists in London and has been awarded FFPMRCA in 2011 (Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists).He is expert in various interventions (x-ray guided) i.e. Facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, transforaminal epidurals, dorsal root ganglion blocks, nerve root blocks, joint injections, sympathetic blocks. He specializes in ultrasound-guided procedures, radiofrequency & pulsed radiofrequency procedures, neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulation) and intrathecal pump implantation.

He had the unique opportunity to train in anesthesia and pain management in some of the best training centers in the United Kingdom.

He graduated from Bangalore Medical College in 1995 and completed his post-graduation in 2001 (MD-anaesthesia) from Ahmadabad. Following this, he also acquired higher training in anesthesia and pain management. He has worked with world-renowned experts acquiring immense knowledge. He was awarded Fellowship in Anaesthesia- FRCA in 2007 (royal college of anesthetists, London, UK) and FCARCSI in 2006 (royal college of anesthetists, Dublin, Ireland). He also has the certificate of completion of specialist training (CCT) from GMC.

Dr Ravindranath T Parekodi is extensively experienced and qualified both in India (Bengaluru, Belgaum, Hubli and Mumbai) and in the United Kingdom (London and Sheffield).

He worked as Permanent Pain Consultant at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Sheffield, UK for 18 months after completing his fellowship in pain by Faculty of Pain, Royal college of Anaesthesia, London, UK.

He has over 16 years of extensive experience in Anaesthesia, Acute and Chronic Pain management. 

He returned to India to provide safe effective and affordable care.
He does a comprehensive assessment before offering various treatment options that tailors to patient needs. His ultimate goal is to improve quality of life of patients by providing effective pain management.  Apart from being proficient in multiple interventions he is one of the few pain consultants who can perform Spinal Cord Stimulation/ Neuromodulation in whom spinal surgery has failed to relieve their pain symptoms.

Dr. Nitish Mandal is an experienced pain management specialist. He dreams of bringing the much needed pain management services to our community.

Dr. Nitish holds MBBS degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He has successfully completed postgraduate training in anesthesiology and has been awarded Doctor of Medicine degree from Gujarat University. After completing his post-graduation he has served as a Consultant in Anesthesiology in St. Johns Medical College. After this stint, he has served as Assistant Professor in Saphthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore where he was involved in research and medical student and postgraduate training. Dr. Nitish has also worked in Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Maldives. During his career he has developed keen interest in the discipline of pain management and has taken a major decision to give up lucrative job opportunities to seek further training in that field. This desire has lead him to complete a fellowship training in pain management from Daradia – The Pain Clinic in Calcutta. Dr. Nitish has then accepted a coveted position in Fortis hospital, Bangalore, as a specialist in the field of Pain Management and Anesthesia. Since January 2014 he is working as a Consultant in Pain Management at RELIV and a visiting Consultant at Fortis Bannerghetta Road. He has recently completed a training in Pain Medicine at Nashville Pain Centers, USA.

He is very passionate about helping patients in getting a pain free quality life. His motto is 'minimum medicines, maximum treatment'.
